Tiverton & Heathcoat Photographic Club Exhibition01 June 2013 Tiverton & Heathcoat Photographic Club's Annual Exhibition of prints and digital images is at the museum from Saturday 4th May to Saturday 1st June. FREE admission to the exhibition.
The Women's Land Army and Timber Corps06 June 2013
A talk by Sue Virgin(living history re-enactor) about the early beginnings of these organisations in World War One and their important role in the Second World War. All talks start at 7pm at the museum. Tickets £4.50 including light refreshments.
Coach Trip to Bishops Palace, Wells28 June 2013 Coach trip to The Bishops Palace, Wells. This Palace, home to the Bishop of Bath for over 800 years is hosting a Flower Festival, celebrating 60 years of floral art with displays throughout the Palace and gardens. Heritage Open Weekend15 September 2013 The Museum will be taking part in Heritage Open Weekend again this year. We are offering FREE entry to visitors on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September. Refreshments will be available. The Museum will be open 10:00-4:00.
Harvesting Memories28 September 2013 The exhibition featured local recollections and photographs of farming since the Second World War. The extracts are taken from oral history interviews recently conducted by Tiverton High School and Uffculme Academy. The exhibition runs from 15th June to 18th September and entry is FREE!
