Monday to Friday 10.30am - 4.30pm                 Saturday 10am - 3pm.

Mid Devon and Transatlantic Slavery

22 March 2018

Local historian Mike Sampson will speak about the links between Tiverton and the Mid Devon District and Transatlantic slavery.

£5 per ticket available from Tiverton Museum (or £8 for a joint ticket for the talk on 22nd February). The talk will take place at Tiverton Town Hall, 7:30pm.

Mid Devon's Legacies of Slave Ownership

24 March 2018

A temporary exhibition examining the local legacies of slave ownership within Devon. The exhibition runs from Monday 5th February until Saturday 24th March 2018. entry to the exhibition is £1 for adults, or free as part of the normal museum admission ticket.


Easter holiday craft activities

03 April 2018

Join us to turn trash into treasure this Easter holiday at Tiverton Museum. A range of craft activities will see children aged 4-11 creating works of art and treasures to take home at the end of a 1.5 hr session. Choose 11-12.30 or 2-2.30.

£3/child or £2.50 for museum members. No charge for adults. Children must be accompanied. There is a further charge if you wish to visit the museum exhibitions.

Easter Holiday carft activities

Join us for creative craft sessions this Easter holiday. Choose from 11.00-12.30 or 2.00-3.30. 

Sessions are suitable for ages 4-11 and cost £3 or £2.50 for museum members. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-booking is highly reccommended due to limited places. Call 01884 256295 or call into the Museum shop to book.
