Tiverton Museum has a new look with a new logo with a ‘T’ made up of different objects on display in the museum.
Pippa Griffith, Museum Director, says ‘We love our new logo and branding which was devised by a South West graphic designer, Matt Hollands. We have recently completed a very successful project funded by the National Heritage Lottery Fund called ‘Attracting Audience, Securing our Future’. Made possible by money raised by National Lottery players, the project focused on essential work strengthening the museum to secure its future and achieve a balanced budget. The project enabled the museum to buy in support to review several areas of work ‘behind the scenes’, including reviewing the museum’s business model, strengthening the governance and staff structure, and creating a new raft of plans to support the museum’s marketing to ensure that it attracts wide audiences from the local community.’
As part of its summer holiday programme, the museum has a special children’s trail to find the objects featured in the new logo.
