We are seeking proposals for a full set of measured drawings of the buildings at Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life. The survey will inform maintenance of the buildings, the preparation of a Conservation Management Plan and the development of proposals for major redevelopment of the Museum site. Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life has received a National Lottery Heritage Fund grant of £248,276 for an exciting heritage project, ‘strengthening our foundations; building our future’. Made possible by money raised by National Lottery players, the project aims to develop the volunteer team to represent a more diverse volunteer base and undertake essential work towards developing an environmentally sustainable building, reducing running costs and preparing for future development of the museum. The measured buildings survey forms part of this project.
